Specification
The raw material film is in roll form and width is 420mm. See below data sheet for details. There can be made one, two and four bubbles per line and the bubble width is flexible to choose 60mm, 75mm, 90mm, 120mm and 170mm. Total is 15 types of bubble array. Please refer to below example drawings.

Features
1. Dust free, ESD function available
Different from the traditional foam protection material, this bubble sheet will not cause crumb to pollute the inside items. The roll film can be handled with ESD property, which is very important for electronic components protection. The bubble sheet is easy to be filled into cartons, which raises work efficiency.

Single air bubble can bear about 100kg weight. It can fill fully the blank space in the carton, which will protect inner items from damage due to moving or shocking during transportation.
3. Lower down the material cost
Air cushion sheet is composed of 99% air and 1% plastic film. In same filling condition, it will save 30-50% cost compared to other filling cushion materials, because this new material contains much air to reduce the raw material consumption.
4. Environment friendly
Raw material and finished air bubble sheet are totally green products that will not cause pollution to packed products. Cushion sheet can be repeatedly used. If broken, the material is recyclable, easily handled and environment friendly.
5. Convenient and economical
There is no need to stock the finished bubble sheet. Small volume of raw material film saves much stock space. Light weight can save transportation charge.
